Your first appointment is unhurried and unhurried-feeling.
We start with a real conversation — what brought you in, what you've tried before, what you're hoping to achieve, and what you'd rather avoid.
I'll give you my honest take on what makes sense, and we'll only move forward with what you're comfortable with.
Most first appointments run about an 45 mins to an hour. There's never pressure to add anything you didn't come in for.
You're in the right place.
A meaningful portion of my clients are first-timers, and the way I approach a first treatment is different from how I'd approach someone who's been getting Botox for a decade.
We start conservatively, talk through every step, and let your results inform what comes next.
The goal is for you to leave looking like yourself — just rested & refreshed — not like you've had something done.
Yes. My collaborating physician is Dr. Emery Jamerson.
Dr. Jamerson is an ophthalmologist and oculofacial surgeon in private practice here in Marietta. He completed his residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and Columbia University, and his background in eye and facial work aligns closely with the treatments I provide.
You can reach Dr. Jamerson's office at (770) 419-1393 and 653 Cherokee St NE · Marietta, GA 30060.
A few things. Every appointment is one-on-one with me — no handoffs, no rotating injectors, no rushed visits.
I keep my schedule deliberately limited so I can give each client real time.
I'm conservative & precise by default and I'll tell you to wait if waiting is the right move.
And I've been deliberate about what I add to the practice — every service is something I genuinely use and recommend, not something added to fill a menu.
Most clients see results that last three to four months.
Some metabolize faster, some slower — your second appointment is when we calibrate.
Consistent treatment over time can extend how long results last, because the underlying muscles get trained to relax.
Botox and Dysport are neuromodulators — they relax the muscles that create expression lines (forehead, frown lines, crow's feet).
Filler is different — it's a gel (usually hyaluronic acid) that restores volume and shape to areas like lips, cheeks, and jawline that naturally lose fat as we age.
Botox softens movement; filler restores structure. Most clients eventually use both when it's appropriate & they are ready.
Rox Reserve members pay $10 per unit. Non-members pay $12 per unit.
Most clients use 25–50 units per treatment depending on the area, which puts the typical treatment in the $250–$500 range.
I price by the unit (not by area) so you only pay for what you actually use, and we'll always talk through a unit estimate before we start.
Yes — with timing in mind.
For Botox or Dysport, I recommend treatment at least two weeks before any major event so the results have time to fully settle and any minor bruising (rare but possible) has time to fade.
For filler, three to four weeks of buffer is ideal.
If you have an event coming up, book early — I'd rather have you ahead of schedule than scrambling!
No. This is one of the most common myths I hear.
When Botox wears off, your muscles return to their natural movement and your wrinkles return to the pattern they would have had without treatment.
They don't come back worse. If anything, consistent Botox over time can soften the depth of lines that would have otherwise deepened with continued muscle movement.
Botox has been used cosmetically for over two decades with an extensive safety record.
The way I use it — conservatively, with careful placement, in evidence-based doses — is well within the established safety parameters.
If you have specific concerns about long-term use, we'll talk through them at your visit.
Not when it's placed thoughtfully and conservatively.
The "overdone" look you're picturing usually comes from too much volume placed too quickly or in the wrong places, or from injectors who default to the same approach for every face.
I start small, layer over time, and prioritize movement and proportion over volume.
Most of my filler clients leave looking more rested and refreshed — not different.
It depends on the area and the product.
Lip filler typically lasts 6–12 months.
Cheek and jawline filler can last 12–18 months, sometimes longer for clients with consistent maintenance.
Your metabolism, lifestyle, and how much filler we use all play a role. We'll always talk through realistic timing at your visit.
The most common areas I treat are lips, cheeks, chin, and jawline.
Each area serves a different purpose — lips for shape and definition, cheeks for midface lift, jawline for structure and contour.
Some clients come in knowing exactly what they want; others come in unsure and we work through it together at consult.
Filler is priced per syringe and ranges from $650–$800 depending on the product and area.
Most clients use one syringe per visit, though some areas (like cheeks for significant midface restoration) can use more.
For more long lasting restorations that use multiple syringes, some clients like to utilize Cherry or Alle Pay to break up payments over time, often with no interest.
Regardless, we'll always agree on a plan & price before we start any treatment.
Juvederm is the filler line I use. It's a well-established hyaluronic acid filler made by Allergan (the same company that makes Botox).
There are several formulations within the Juvederm family, each designed for specific areas and goals.
I've chosen to work primarily with Juvederm because I trust the product, the safety record (it has the most FDA approvals by a wide margin), and how it performs across the range of work I do.
A VI Peel is a medical-grade chemical peel applied with a small towelette during your visit.
It gently exfoliates the top layers of skin, triggering your skin's natural renewal process.
Over the following five to seven days, you'll see light flaking as new skin surfaces — the result is more even tone, smoother texture, and a brighter overall complexion.
I carry two formulations.
"Precision + Peptides" is built for pigmentation work — sun damage, melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and uneven tone.
"Advanced" is built for aging texture — fine lines, loss of elasticity, and rough surface texture, especially for more mature skin.
We choose together at your visit based on what your skin actually needs.
You'll typically see light-to-moderate flaking around days three to five.
Most clients return to normal activity the same day, though some prefer to lay low during the peeling phase — especially before photos, events, or back-to-back meetings.
By day seven, the peeling is finished and you'll start to see the brighter, more even skin underneath.
Note - doing a peel does require you to stop certain skincare products a couple of days before & hold off on exercise/excessive sweating for ~72 hours afterward.
Yes — and it's how most of my clients are doing it.
The peel takes about fifteen minutes and is applied before your injections.
It doesn't interfere with the Botox work at all, and you leave with everything done in a single visit.
Yes. The VI Peel formulations I carry are designed to be safe across all Fitzpatrick skin types, including melanin-rich skin.
The Precision + Peptides formulation in particular is specifically designed for pigmentation concerns that disproportionately affect darker skin tones.
We'll always talk through your specific skin history at your consult.
Most clients see meaningful results after a single peel.
The most noticeable change comes from a series — typically three to four peels, spaced four to six weeks apart.
The series approach lets us layer the work over time rather than overhauling your skin in a single visit, which is consistent with how I approach injectable work.

Rox Reserve members:
$250 per peel through May 31, then $285 starting June 1.
Non-members: $325 per peel.
Each peel takes about fifteen minutes and can be added to a Botox or filler visit you're already scheduled for.
A peel isn't the right move if you're in the middle of a cystic acne or eczema flare-up, currently using prescription retinoids without a pause plan, have had significant unprotected sun exposure in the last week, or are pregnant or nursing.
For most healthy adults outside those situations, the question is about timing rather than safety — we'll talk through it at your consult.
If you have specific questions about your situation, please don't hesitate to reach out to me! Just email me at roxanna@aestheticsrox.com
A few things help the peel work its best:
Stop any prescription retinoids (Retin-A, Tretinoin, Differin) about a week before your appointment unless I've told you otherwise.
Avoid significant sun exposure in the week leading up.
Come in with clean, makeup-free skin if possible.
We'll talk through everything else at your visit, and you'll leave with clear aftercare guidance.
Rox Reserve is a $50/month membership that builds credit toward your treatments and saves you $2/unit on Botox and Dysport.
Your $50 each month rolls forward and accumulates until you use it — there's no expiration.
Members also get priority booking, member-only intro pricing on new services like the VI Peel, and the lowest pricing I offer across the board.
For most clients who come in two or more times a year, membership pays for itself quickly.
There is no cost to sign up & you can make the decision during your appointment and immediately take advantage of the discounted rates.
If you come in twice a year or more, almost certainly yes.
The per-unit savings on Botox alone tends to cover the membership cost for clients doing regular treatment, and the member pricing on the VI Peel and other services adds up quickly across a year.
The honest test is your treatment cadence. If you're a once-a-year client, it might not be the right fit, and I'll tell you that.
Our membership agreement states that it is a 6-month minimum commitment.
However, I always believe in being reasonable and flexible so if you need to cancel for whatever reason, it's no big deal!
No. Your credits roll forward each month and stay on your account until you use them.
We do encourage members to put credits to work regularly — not because of expiration, but because the version of you who comes in this month is the version who feels the difference at the end of the season.
