Aesthetics should feel personal, not transactional.
This is not a traditional med spa. There are no handoffs, no rushed appointments, and no pressure to do more than makes sense.
Every visit is with Roxanna, and every treatment is approached thoughtfully — with time for honest conversation, questions, and long-term planning.
Good skin care isn't about chasing a single treatment. It's about building a thoughtful plan that works over time.
I added the VI Peel to Aesthetics Rox because it's one of the few in-office treatments that delivers real, visible results without disrupting your life. No lasers. No long recovery.
Just a precise, evidence-based formulation that addresses pigmentation, texture, and tone — applied in about fifteen minutes.
For most of my clients, it pairs naturally with the Botox or filler work we're already doing together. We can layer it into a visit you're already having, and the results build with each peel.
A VI Peel is a medical-grade chemical peel applied with a small towelette during your visit.
It takes about fifteen minutes and is designed to gently exfoliate the top layers of skin, triggering your skin's natural renewal process.
Over the following five to seven days, you'll see light flaking and shedding as new, healthier skin surfaces.
Most clients return to normal activity (except exercise, which you must wait 72 hours to resume), though some prefer to lay low during the peeling phase — especially before photos or events.
I offer two VI Peel formulations, each built for a different goal:
We'll talk through which one fits your skin and your goals before we do anything.
You'll also find more about how each peel works, what to expect during the peeling phase, and how to prepare in our VI Peel FAQ.
The best peel results don't come from one aggressive treatment. They come from a series of thoughtful peels spaced over time, layered into the rest of your treatment plan.
Here, the goal isn't to overhaul your skin in a single visit. It's to:
This is the same philosophy I bring to injectables: less is often more, and consistency beats intensity.
We'll choose together based on what your skin actually needs.
Built for pigmentation, sun damage, melasma, and the kind of uneven tone that often shows up in your thirties and beyond.
The formulation pairs medical-grade peeling agents with smart peptides and antioxidant brighteners to fade dark spots, calm inflammation, and protect your skin's barrier — all without the harshness of older pigment treatments.
Best for: sun damage, melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, uneven tone
Built for more mature skin — the kind that's dealing with fine lines, loss of elasticity, and a rougher texture that doesn't respond as easily to surface treatments.
This is the deepest peel I offer, designed to penetrate resilient skin and address the signs of aging that show up in your forties and fifties.
Best for: fine lines, loss of elasticity, rough texture, sun-aged skin
Member pricing: $285 per peel
Non-member pricing: $325 per peel
Each peel takes about fifteen minutes and can be added to a Botox or filler visit you're already scheduled for.
Most clients see meaningful results after a single peel, with the most noticeable change after a series of three or four.
For more on what to expect, how to prepare, and when a peel isn't the right move, see the VI Peel FAQ.
One of the things I love about the VI Peel is how easily it fits into an appointment we already have on the calendar.
If you're coming in for Botox or filler, we can layer a peel into the same visit without adding meaningful time.
The peel itself takes about fifteen minutes, and it doesn't interfere with the injectable work we're doing.
For Rox Reserve members especially, this is a thoughtful way to maintain skin health between injectable appointments — addressing tone, texture, and pigmentation in parallel with the work we're already doing on expression lines and volume.

Many clients come to Aesthetics Rox after feeling rushed or pressured elsewhere.
Here, you can expect:
Botox & filler should never feel transactional or pushy. It should feel considered and supportive.
